Privacy policy.

This site collects as little about you as it can. This page explains what is collected, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

The only personal data this website asks for is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address and your message. There are no accounts, no logins and no online ordering, so we hold no payment details.

If you use the store finder, the postcode or town you enter is processed in your browser to show a result. It is not sent to us and not stored.

Why we use it

To reply to you. Contact form submissions are used to answer your enquiry and nothing else — we do not add you to a mailing list from the contact form, and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: you contacted us and expect a response.

Who processes it

Contact form submissions are delivered by a third-party form provider, which handles the message in transit and passes it to our inbox. The site itself is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Both process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers, which is why you are not asked to accept a cookie banner. Our host records standard server request logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months so we have a record of the conversation, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@proeat.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Who we are
